Lab Results

Third-party verified purity and identity for every batch.

Last updated: February 9, 2026

Transparency is at the core of everything we do. Every batch of peptide sold by NPepSpacetides is independently tested, and the results are documented in a Certificate of Analysis (CoA). This page explains what we test, how we test it, and how to read the documentation we provide.

What We Test

Every batch undergoes four critical analyses before it’s approved for release. These tests are performed by independent, ISO 17025-accredited third-party laboratories to ensure objectivity and accuracy.

Test Method What It Measures Acceptance Criteria
Purity HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) Percentage of target peptide vs. impurities in the sample ≥ 98.0%
Identity Mass Spectrometry (MS) Molecular weight confirmation to verify the peptide is the correct compound Observed MW within ± 0.1% of theoretical MW
Sterility USP <71> Sterility Testing Presence of viable microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, yeast) No growth detected after 14-day incubation
Endotoxin LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) Assay Bacterial endotoxin levels that could compromise product safety < 0.25 EU/mL

How to Read a Certificate of Analysis

Our CoAs are designed to be clear and informative. Here’s a breakdown of each section you’ll find on a NPepSpacetides Certificate of Analysis:

Header Information

  • Product Name: The common name and any alternative designations for the peptide
  • Catalog Number: Our internal product identifier
  • Batch/Lot Number: The unique identifier for the specific production batch
  • Date of Manufacture: When the batch was synthesized
  • Expiration Date: The recommended use-by date under proper storage conditions

Purity Analysis (HPLC)

This section reports the purity percentage as determined by reversed-phase HPLC. You’ll see the overall purity value (e.g., 99.2%) along with a reference to the HPLC chromatogram. The chromatogram shows peaks corresponding to the target peptide and any detected impurities. A single dominant peak indicates high purity.

Identity Confirmation (Mass Spectrometry)

The identity section shows the theoretical molecular weight (what the peptide should weigh based on its amino acid sequence) and the observed molecular weight (what was actually measured). These values should match within ± 0.1%. This confirms that the compound in the vial is the correct peptide.

Sterility Results

Sterility testing results are reported as either “No Growth Detected” (pass) or “Growth Detected” (fail). Our standard requires a 14-day incubation period under USP <71> protocols. Any batch showing microbial growth is rejected.

Endotoxin Results

Endotoxin levels are reported in Endotoxin Units per milliliter (EU/mL). Our threshold is < 0.25 EU/mL. Results below this level indicate the product meets stringent safety standards for endotoxin content.

Additional Information

  • Appearance: Physical description (e.g., white to off-white lyophilized powder)
  • Solubility: Recommended reconstitution solvent and expected solubility
  • Storage: Recommended storage temperature and conditions
  • Testing Laboratory: Name and accreditation details of the independent lab

Batch-Specific Results

Coming Soon: We are building an online portal where you can look up CoA results for any batch by entering your lot number. In the meantime, you can request a CoA for any product or batch by contacting our support team.

Every shipment includes a printed or digital CoA specific to the batch you received. If you need an additional copy, a historical CoA, or documentation for a batch you’re considering purchasing, we’re happy to provide it.

Request a Certificate of Analysis

Getting a CoA from NPepSpacetides is simple:

  1. Email support@npepspacetides.com with the subject line “CoA Request”
  2. Include your order number (if applicable) and the product name or lot number
  3. We’ll send you the CoA as a PDF within 1 business day

If you’re a prospective customer and would like to review a sample CoA before purchasing, just let us know — we’re happy to share documentation for any product in our catalog.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We believe that quality claims without documentation are meaningless. That’s why every NPepSpacetides product comes with complete, verifiable testing data from independent laboratories. We never self-certify, and we never withhold results.

If you ever have questions about our testing methodology, results, or documentation, our team is here to help. We welcome scrutiny — it’s what separates serious suppliers from the rest.
